DiscoReady is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. Any reference to "Google", "Google Discover", "Google Web Profile" or related brands is made solely for identification purposes.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Service, by submitting a domain in the Profiler tool, by providing your email address to receive a result, or by subscribing to any paid plan, you (the "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Continued use after a modification of the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new version.

3. What DiscoReady does

DiscoReady is a web service whose primary function, at the date of these Terms, is the Profiler tool: given a public web domain, it returns the Google Web Profile URL associated with that domain (if one exists) along with indicative editorial insights.

Additional offerings may be added over time (audit, consulting, training, downloadable guides, plugins, marketplace features). Those offerings may be covered by additional or specific conditions, which will always be communicated before purchase.

4. Access, account and email-gated searches

The Service is freely accessible via a standard web browser, subject to network availability. DiscoReady does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

The free tier of the Profiler tool uses an email-gated mechanism: to receive a profile result, the User must provide a valid email address and confirms that they are authorized to use that address. DiscoReady uses the email only to deliver the result and, with the User's optional consent, for occasional product communications. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Plans and pricing

At the date of these Terms, DiscoReady offers:

• Free tier — 3 free searches per day with a valid email.
• Pro plans — quote-based, for higher volumes, API access and custom integrations. Pro plans are contracted individually and governed by a specific service agreement signed by both parties.

Prices are indicated exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. DiscoReady may update pricing at any time, with reasonable notice for existing paid customers.

6. Acceptable use

The User agrees to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The User must not:

• Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service or circumvent its rate limits
• Use automated scripts, bots or scrapers to consume the free tier beyond its documented limits
• Resell or redistribute the output of the Service as a standalone product without written authorization
• Submit malicious, infringing or illegal content (including domains used for phishing, malware, or serious breach of third-party rights)
• Use the Service in a way that would overload, disrupt or impair its normal functioning for other Users
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation with any organization

DiscoReady reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any User violating these rules, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service — including the software, interface, graphics, editorial content, the DiscoReady brand and logo — are the exclusive property of AZ Medias Limited or are used with appropriate licenses. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or creation of derivative works based on the Service, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is prohibited.

8. Third-party content and Google trademarks

The Service displays information retrieved from publicly accessible sources, including pages and metadata exposed by Google. The trademarks "Google", "Google Discover", "Google Search", "Chrome", and related signs are the property of Google LLC. DiscoReady uses these references solely for purposes of identification and interoperability.

DiscoReady is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or availability of third-party sources referenced by the Service. The Profiler tool relies on publicly exposed data; results may vary over time and are provided on a best-effort basis.

9. Warranties and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Within the limits of the applicable law, DiscoReady disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability.

DiscoReady does not warrant that the results produced by the Profiler tool will lead to any specific outcome in terms of traffic, ranking, visibility or revenue. The User remains solely responsible for the interpretation and the operational use of the results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, DiscoReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity or reputational harm arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

For paid plans, the aggregate liability of DiscoReady for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to DiscoReady for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to the service or these terms

DiscoReady may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. DiscoReady may also update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified on the Service and, where appropriate, via the email address associated with the User's account or paid plan. The effective date of the new Terms will be indicated at the top of this page.

12. Termination

The User may stop using the Service at any time. For paid plans, termination conditions are governed by the specific service agreement signed between the parties.

DiscoReady may terminate or suspend a User's access in case of breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, or force majeure.

13. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, the User acknowledges having read the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall, after a good-faith attempt at amicable resolution, be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rule applicable in the User's country of residence.
